Located conveniently near the business center and within easy reach of both the stadium and grand mosque. the hotel provides great service with a friendly and helpful staff. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and clean rooms with fantastic views from the upper floors. the swimming pool situated on the rooftop offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The hotel requires renovation in some areas to keep up with modern standards and expectations of all guests.

Nice and helpful staff, especially those from business center Fair pool and spa center. A little bit expensive for the region!
Even if close to city center, the area looked very poor. They blocked from my business card the total amount of the invoice and two weeks later, even if I paid, of course, the amount is still blocked. Be carefull!

The only plus point is that it is located next to a Mosque
I had to change my room three times during my short stay. Reasons: 1) Toilet was blocked. 2) They gave me a smoking room, smell of which I could not stand totally. 3) My sink was blocked to which I decided to give up complaining as moving was to much of a hassle then. Had to clean up the sink my self and end up brush and washing my face in the bath tub!!! Mosquitoes presence were scary....

I liked the pool. Room clean. Hotel good position.
The Internet was very poor and unreliable. To add salt to this Internet wound they offered only 2hr per day free and wanted to charge extra for more than 2hrs usage per day. They also want to charge me $120 when the Booked.net rate I secured was $110. They put bacon in my vegetarian mushrooms this morning which distressed me too.

We stayed here for a few days and loved every minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great and we particularly enjoyed the clean swimming pool on the upper floor with a fine view of the city. The location was perfect for us, as it was easy to access most of the nearby tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet provided excellent choices and the room was super clean and comfortable. We were also thrilled to find parking available right on-site.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Location of the hotel was good, as it was near to the main attractions. Also, the hotel provided shuttle service which was convenient. The appearance of the hotel is nice and the lobby is grand. The room size was decent and the view from the room was good. The breakfast had a wide range of options.
The check-in process was slow and the staff seemed disinterested. There were no towels in the room and we had to call for them twice. The air conditioning was noisy and not very effective. The gym equipment was old and not working well. The overall service was poor and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The hotel needs some improvements to meet basic standards.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and luxurious, with the biggest bed I have ever seen. The hotel also had a great location, situated in the business area and close to the stadium. The amenities were fantastic, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. I especially loved the swimming pool on the 25th floor, which offered breathtaking views. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone without any hesitation.

Spent xmas in a hotel that offered comfortable and spacious rooms. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the Riverfront and other tourist attractions. the biggest advantage is the friendly and attentive staff, always providing great service and making us feel welcomed. the breakfast selection was also a highlight.
There were a few drawbacks. the hotel could definitely benefit from some renovations, as some areas felt dated and shabby.
